They’re curious, that’s for sure. I use Epona for balance, and she does okay, walked back a little, but I’m hoping she’ll get better. Tumbleweed is good at sticking his face into mine and entertaining me. It does make the time go by faster.
One day I sat in the horse pasture and prayed the rosary, Gussie came and stood over me until I was finished. Horses are in tune with our peaceful intentions for sure!
That’s a wonderful way to pray. I feel closest to God when I’m with my horses. They just have a gentle, strong spiritual energy that takes me there, too.
