I think you've got some of our snow. Winter won't let up here. It hasn't snowed in about a week, but the temps aren't budging much past the 20s yesterday, low 30s today.
We've got rains. Feels more like late March than late February. Hubby and I were able to get most of the drainage ditches cleared before the heavy rains hit later tonight. Always somethin'! Very pretty pictures.
We're getting more snow up here at the lodge, too. A couple inches every other day or so. The horses are still down in the balmy 40's, but in April, they will come home - and we have snow until June. Imagine their surprise! Juanita
Juanita--I didn't realize you have snow for so long. Wow! No wonder you take them down to pasture. Since we have 0 degree temps today, I'm also thinking 40s are balmy.
I love the artistry of the first picture!
ReplyDeleteThat second picture is so impactful ... it captures the herd dynamics perfectly.
Thanks, Amber. They're fun to see in the snow...from the window...near a fireplace.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos... brr....!

ReplyDeleteThat winter system is hitting here too- along with high winds! Yuck!
ReplyDeleteJoanne--I thought you guys used up all the snow! Imagine my surprise when there was still some left. ;)
ReplyDeleteGood luck at your place, Shirley. Stay warm!
Thanks, Jennifer, and yes, brrrr.....

ReplyDeleteUgh. Bless your heart!
ReplyDeleteLeslie, I do prefer snow to rain, but unfortunately, snow has to melt. :/
